Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission for completeness and eligibility.
- Only complete applications are processed.
- If approved, the applicant receives a funding agreement before project completion.
- Final claims and supporting documents must be submitted at the end of the project.

- Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until funds are exhausted or the next Prime-Vert program is launched.
- Only complete applications with all required documents will be processed.
- If a request is accepted, eligible expenses incurred from April 1, 2026 may be considered.
- An applicant may request a review of a decision within 30 days of notification.
