Documents Needed
- A completed and signed application form for the selected component.
- Detailed quotes or equivalent information including proof of price, when required.
- Component-specific technical documents prepared by an advisor, such as a diagnostic, detailed project description, location plan, design plan, or operation specifications.
- Plans and specifications signed by an advisor or engineer, and permits or authorizations related to the project, when required.
- For Sous-volet 1.4, proof of biological precertification or certification and the supporting document showing the areas, taps, or hives covered by the request.

Who is eligible?
- Agricultural operations.
- A cooperative d’utilisation de matériel agricole (CUMA) whose branch concerned by the project includes at least three agricultural operations, for Sous-volet 1.1.
- Agroprocessors, for Sous-volet 1.2.
- Agricultural operations with plant, maple syrup, or beekeeping production units, for Sous-volet 1.4.

- Businesses without eligible agricultural or agri-environmental activity
- Applications that do not correspond to any planned sub-component
- Incomplete applications
Eligible expenses
- Purchase, modification, or installation of eligible equipment and structures.
- Consulting and technical documents required for the project.
- Location plans, designs, diagnostics, and project descriptions prepared for the application.
- Permits and authorizations required to carry out the project.

- Project type not available for certain measures under sub-component 1.2
- Expenses that do not comply with the program’s criteria
- Work or purchases not supported by the required supporting documents

Processing and Agreement
- Only complete applications that include all mandatory documents are processed.
- If an application is accepted, expenses that meet Prime-Vert criteria and were incurred on or after April 1, 2026 may be considered.
- After project completion, applicants must submit the claim form provided after signature of the agreement, plus invoices and proof of payment on request, along with component-specific deliverables.
- A requester may appeal an evaluation decision within 30 days of the date it was communicated by filing the request for review form.
