Documents Needed

  • Completed and signed application form.
  • Detailed quotes or equivalent proof of price; for projects using biological control agents or pheromones, a purchase order or equivalent information is required.
  • Recommendation from a counselor for anti-insect net projects on vines or camerises.
  • For sub-volet 1.1.3, the section « Équipements recommandés » of Diagnostic sur l’utilisation des matières fertilisantes; for sub-volet 1.2.5, the counselor-prepared diagnostic and detailed project description, plus the required plans, estimates, permits, and authorizations when required.

Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • An agricultural operation.
  • A CUMA whose relevant branch of activity includes at least three agricultural operations.

Eligible expenses

  • Purchase or modification of equipment for mechanical, manual, electric, or thermal weeding.
  • Purchase or modification of equipment to reduce pesticide-related risks.
  • Installation of anti-insect nets.
  • Use of biological control agents or pheromones.
  • Purchase or modification of equipment that simultaneously allows seeding and incorporation of cover crop seed, or improves the precision of fertilizing material application.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Building wash water containing animal manure.
  • Animal manure whose watertight storage is mandatory under the Regulation respecting agricultural operations.
  • Animal manure managed by field piles.

Processing and Agreement

  • Only complete applications that include all mandatory documents are processed.

  • Depending on the sub-volet, submit the required photos, or the attestation of conformity / attestation of installation of the equipment with photos.
