- Planning and design documents prepared by consultants or engineers, when required for the project
- Diagnostic and project description work carried out by a consultant, when required for the project
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Projects or expenses outside the listed eligible agri-environmental components
- Applications that are incomplete or missing the required supporting documents
- Expenses incurred before April 1, 2026

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission and only complete files are processed.
- Applicants may be informed of an evaluation decision after review.
- If a decision is contested, a review request can be filed within 30 days.
Additional information
- Applications are accepted continuously until funds are exhausted or the next Prime-Vert program is launched.
- If approved, only expenses incurred from April 1, 2026 may be considered.
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- A request for review of a decision must be filed within 30 days, using the required form.
