- Consulting and advisory work linked to diagnostics, plans, and project supervision.
- Eligible implementation costs for treatment, storage, irrigation, biodiversity, or organic conversion projects.

- All administrative regions of Quebec.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed only if they are complete.
- Applicants are notified of the decision after evaluation.
- If a decision is disputed, a review request may be submitted within 30 days.

- Applications are accepted continuously until available funding is exhausted or the next Prime-Vert 2026-2029 program is launched.
