Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed only when complete.
- Applicants are informed of the decision after the assessment.
- If a decision is disputed, a review request can be filed within 30 days.
- Approved projects must follow the program’s required reporting and claim process.

- Applications are accepted continuously until funds are exhausted or the next Prime-Vert 2026-2029 program is launched.
- Only complete applications with all required documents are processed.
- Eligible expenses must have been incurred on or after April 1, 2026.
- Applicants may request a review of an assessment decision within 30 days of notification.
