SODEXPORT music and variety export program updated
The SODEXPORT export assistance and cultural outreach program for music and variety has been significantly updated with comprehensive new content. A new general eligibility section defines qualifying enterprises (for-profit companies, non-profits, cooperatives, and sector associations), Quebec ownership requirements, and headquarters criteria. Specific submission deadlines have been added: Volet 1 closes on October 2, 2026, while Volets 2 through 5 operate on rolling deadlines with minimum advance notice requirements ranging from 14 days to 8 weeks. The application process has been enhanced with detailed SOD@ccès portal instructions and downloadable templates for all five volets, including declaration forms, Excel application forms, and a master shareholder/administrator identification file. An FAQ section addresses common questions about eligibility, processing times, and eligible expenses. Contact is now available at Musique.Internationale@sodec.gouv.qc.ca.
