Who is eligible?
- Quebec cultural enterprises in audiovisual
- Quebec cultural enterprises in music and variety shows
- Quebec cultural enterprises in book and publishing
- Quebec cultural enterprises in crafts and visual arts market
- Quebec cultural enterprises in interactive works
Who is not eligible
- Businesses outside the cultural sectors supported by SODEC.
- Companies whose head office is not in Quebec.
- Applicants that do not meet SODEC's Quebec ownership requirements.
- Projects that are eligible under another SODEXPORT component.
Eligible expenses
- Direct salaries and professional fees linked to the project.
- Promotion, press, and advertising expenses.
- International and local transportation in economy class.
- Accommodation in the targeted territories.
- Interpreter fees and other necessary project costs.

How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application
- Review the program requirements and gather the required documents.
- Complete the project description, budget, and supporting forms.
- Prepare the financial statements and signed declaration.
- Step 2: Submit through SOD@ccès
- Create or access your SOD@ccès user profile.
- Select program number 40-53-05 for Component 5.
- Upload all required documents and submit the application.
- Step 3: Await review and decision
- SODEC reviews the application and may request more information.
- Submit the final report after project completion.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by SODEC professionals, with external advice if needed.
- Projects are assessed against program criteria and funding availability.
- Applicants must submit a final report after the activities end.
- The final payment is conditional on report submission and acceptance.

- Applications must be submitted through the secure SOD@ccès portal.
- Required documents must be complete, current, dated, and signed when required.
- Incomplete applications will be deemed inadmissible.
- A final report is required after project completion.
