- Companies whose principal place of business and center of decision-making is outside Quebec.
Eligible expenses
- Airfare (economy class, round-trip) for eligible tour members, with a maximum contribution per ticket depending on the destination.
- Local transportation costs between the first and last tour dates, including vehicle rental (economy class), up to a maximum contribution per person per tour.
- Costs for transporting or renting equipment on-site, including related insurance and work visa fees, up to a maximum contribution per tour.
- Daily per diem for accommodation and meals for each tour member (amount varies if accommodation is provided), for a maximum of 30 days, including travel and performance days.

- Applications can be submitted at any time, but must be filed at least 28 days before the start of the tour.
- The maximum support per tour is $25,000, and a maximum of $50,000 per artist or group per SODEC fiscal year.
