Prepare supporting documents

Access the SOD@ccès portal

  • Create a user profile in the SOD@ccès electronic portal, or enter your access codes if already registered
  • Select the program number 40-53-02-01 for Component 2.1

Complete and upload application

  • Complete the application form online
  • Upload all required supporting documents as indicated
  • Ensure all documents are compliant, complete, current, dated, and signed where required

Submit application through SOD@ccès portal

  • Submit your application through the SOD@ccès portal at least 14 days prior to the start of activities
  • Only complete and compliant applications will be reviewed

Sign financial agreement if approved

  • If approved, sign a financial assistance agreement
  • 70% of the grant is disbursed upon signing

Submit final report after project

  • After activities end, submit a final report to SODEC within three months
  • Report must detail the activities carried out, any modifications, project outcomes, and include a financial report
  • The remaining 30% is paid after final report acceptance

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by SODEC professionals, with external advice used when needed.
  • Applications are assessed against program criteria and SODEC financial availability.
  • Approved projects require a funding agreement before payment.
  • The final payment is conditional on submission and acceptance of the final report.
