Prepare required documentation

- Access the secure SOD@ccès electronic portal

- Complete the online application form
- Upload all required documents in the portal

Evaluation and review of application
- Await the review and evaluation of your application by SODEC professionals or external advisors if needed
- SODEC considers the clarity of the business strategy, company's experience, quality of services, and financial availability in its evaluation

Sign agreement and receive funds
- Upon approval, sign the financial assistance agreement with SODEC
- Receive the first installment (70%) of the grant

Submit final report for final payment
- Upon completion of project activities, submit a final report to SODEC
- Include detailed description of activities, any changes, project outcomes, press reviews, and financial report with sources of funding
- The remaining 30% of the grant is released after report approval
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by SODEC professionals, with external advice when needed.
- Requests are assessed on strategy clarity, company capacity, feasibility, commercial potential, and expected impact.
- SODEC’s financial availability is considered in the decision.
- A financial agreement is required before the first payment.
