Comprehensive eligibility criteria and program conditions are now available, including detailed rules for Quebec-owned cultural enterprises, submission deadlines, and the specific program numbers for each of the five volets. Application process information has been added, including step-by-step instructions for submitting via the SOD@ccès portal, downloadable PDF and Excel templates for each volet, and an extensive FAQ addressing common application questions. How to apply

  • Submit the application through the secure SOD@ccès portal.
  • Create your user profile on your first connection.
  • Select the program number corresponding to the volet and complete the application form.
  • Transfer the required documents with the application.
  • Complete the company master file on your first connection.

Processing and Agreement

  • Only complete and compliant applications are analyzed.
  • Incomplete applications submitted by the deadline are deemed inadmissible and must be resubmitted.
  • SODEC is not required to follow up with companies that submit incomplete files to obtain missing information.
  • The processing time is three months after the submission of a complete application or report.

  • SODEC uses ACCEO Transphere for electronic transfers and preauthorized debit services.
