Eligibility criteria of the SODEXPORT — Component 3 program

The applicant must be a cultural enterprise established in Quebec.
The company must operate in one of the following sectors: audiovisual, music and variety shows, book and publishing, crafts and art market, or interactive works within these fields.
The applicant must meet SODEC’s Quebec ownership requirements for its sector.
The organization can be a for-profit company (including sole proprietorship), non-profit organization, cooperative, consortium of Quebec companies, or a sectoral association of cultural enterprises.
The applicant must have fulfilled all previous obligations to SODEC when applicable.
