Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a cultural enterprise established in Quebec.
  • The company must operate in one of the following sectors: audiovisual, music and variety shows, book and publishing, crafts and art market, or interactive works within these fields.
  • The applicant must meet SODEC’s Quebec ownership requirements for its sector.
  • The organization can be a for-profit company (including sole proprietorship), non-profit organization, cooperative, consortium of Quebec companies, or a sectoral association of cultural enterprises.
  • The applicant must have fulfilled all previous obligations to SODEC when applicable.
