The LogisVert program by Hydro-Québec is designed to support the installation of energy-efficient measures in residential buildings, promoting the transition towards sustainable energy use in Quebec. Eligible activities include the installation of geothermal heat pumps and thermal storage systems, with financial assistance available for replacing existing equipment in qualifying homes and multipurpose residences. Companies must ensure that all installations comply with program guidelines and deadlines to receive incentives and rebates.

How to apply

Creation of the participation profile

Access the Program portal at www.logisvert.ca.
Create a participation profile or log in to an existing profile.
Fill out the financial assistance application form online.
Provide the required supporting documents listed in the appendix – Measures.
Ensure that the information on the invoices shows that they have been paid.

Assessment of the request

Follow up on the processing of the request from the participation profile.
Receive a notification by email or by phone if the request is incomplete or ineligible, approximately twenty working days after receipt.

Compliance Verification

Hydro-Québec will contact to schedule an appointment to visit the residence targeted by the request.
Prepare all additional documents that may be requested.

Disbursement of financial aid

If the application is deemed eligible, provide all required information to complete the file.
Receive the payment by mail at the address indicated in the financial aid application.
Inform the LogisVert Program Support of any change of address.
