Processing and Agreement
- Énergir reviews the declaration of interest and opens the file in writing
- Preliminary simulation documents are assessed and approved or refused in writing
- Énergir reviews the final file and validates the final funding amount
- A technical review of the energy simulation is carried out by an Énergir-selected modeller
- A post-construction inspection may be conducted on a random basis
Additional information
- Énergir reserves the right to modify or end the program without notice, but accepted requests will still be processed.
- Énergir may request clarifications from the simulation professional, and responses must be provided within 10 working days.
- A post-construction inspection may be carried out, and major differences from the approved simulation can require repayment of the aid.
- The program conditions apply only to requests received on or after February 25, 2026.
