Processing and Agreement

  • Énergir reviews the declaration of interest and opens the file in writing
  • Preliminary simulation documents are assessed and approved or refused in writing
  • Énergir reviews the final file and validates the final funding amount
  • A technical review of the energy simulation is carried out by an Énergir-selected modeller
  • A post-construction inspection may be conducted on a random basis

  • Énergir reserves the right to modify or end the program without notice, but accepted requests will still be processed.
  • Énergir may request clarifications from the simulation professional, and responses must be provided within 10 working days.
  • A post-construction inspection may be carried out, and major differences from the approved simulation can require repayment of the aid.
  • The program conditions apply only to requests received on or after February 25, 2026.
