Eligibility criteria of the Financial assistance for the hiring of a person to integrate a job on a long-term basis program
- The company must operate in Quebec and offer employment opportunities within the province.
- The applicant must have a registered office or establishment in Quebec as recognized by the Registraire des entreprises.
- The company must provide supervision and support to the newly hired employee.
- The company must offer positions that are regular full-time, part-time, or recurring seasonal, and the role must support the development or maintenance of employee skills.
- The company must comply with applicable Quebec legislation.

- All businesses operating in Quebec (for the "Insertion en emploi" stream), except certain exceptions
