Eligibility

  • The company must operate in Quebec and offer employment opportunities within the province.
  • The applicant must have a registered office or establishment in Quebec as recognized by the Registraire des entreprises.
  • The company must provide supervision and support to the newly hired employee.
  • The company must offer positions that are regular full-time, part-time, or recurring seasonal, and the role must support the development or maintenance of employee skills.

  • All businesses operating in Quebec (for the "Insertion en emploi" stream), except certain exceptions
