Eligibility for the "Solutions efficaces – Volet Analyse énergétique" grant requires the following specific criteria:

- Buildings must be powered by eligible networks such as Hydro-Québec's network, an admissible autonomous network, or a municipal or cooperative network.
- Buildings must be associated with a business electricity service subscription with rates conforming to Hydro-Québec's electricity tariffs, notably tariffs G, M, LG, or L approved by the Régie de l'énergie.
- Buildings on rate G must belong to a group of buildings or a chain of stores.
- Residential buildings with at least 20 units, which are existing buildings under tariffs DM, DP, or M, are eligible.
- New residential buildings with at least 20 units are eligible.
- Hydro-Québec's buildings involved in electricity production or transport, billed by Hydro-Québec's distribution activities, are eligible.
- Parts of a building occupied under a lease agreement are eligible.
- Agricultural market buildings are eligible for measures beyond the Module Products in the Agricultural section.

- Send the completed Energy Analysis Proposal to Hydro-Québec, accompanied by the service offer describing the mandate.
- Attach all required documents for the validation of the proposal.
- For an aggregator, include the signed participation notice from the concerned clients.
Realization of the Energy Analysis
- Conduct the Energy Analysis according to the defined requirements.
- Submit to Hydro-Québec, within 12 months of the acceptance of the proposal:
- The complete Energy Analysis Report.
- The invoices justifying the costs incurred.
- The grid of eligible costs, when required.
Approval of the analysis
- Receive written approval from Hydro-Québec regarding the Energy Analysis conducted.
- Begin billing for the first payment of the financial support.
