- Step 2: Evaluation by Program Officer
- A program officer will be assigned to evaluate your complete application.

- Step 3: Confirmation of Eligibility
- Receive the document Confirmation of the financial assistance agreement conditions.
- Complete and submit for confirmation of certain application details.
- Receive a letter stating the maximum possible financial assistance.
- Sign the financial assistance agreement from both parties.
- Step 4: Request First Payment
- Submit a signed copy of the purchase order authorizing the selected firm to execute the mandate.
- Provide the Analysis Report - investigation section, signed and dated by the accredited agent.
- Update and submit the Application Form with section 3.1 completed.
- Submit the purchase order for the RCx analysis, signed and dated.
- Provide copies of invoices justifying eligible costs.
- Step 5: Implement Recommended Measures
- Conduct the implementation of recommended measures from the investigation section.
- The accredited agent assists with the transfer step.
- Ensure building management and maintenance staff receive training for long-term operation.
- Step 6: Submit Transfer Documents
- Within 24 months of the agreement effective date, provide the Transfer section analysis report.
- Update the Application Form with sections 2 and 3.1 completed.
- Submit invoices justifying eligible costs.
- Provide a letter committing to continuous monitoring and indicating projected cost.
- Include confirmations of assistance from other sources.
- Step 7: Continuous Monitoring and Reporting
- Conduct continuous monitoring with the accredited agent over 24 months post-measure implementation.
- Submit two annual continuous monitoring analysis reports signed and dated by the accredited agent.
