- Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts.
- Businesses not compliant with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française.
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees for support and implementation of the proposed digital solutions.
- Purchase of technological equipment, software, applications, integrated management software, and e-commerce software.
- First cloud service subscription, up to 24 months.
- Project-related travel, overhead, salaries, and social benefits for staff directly involved.
- Training fees for staff responsible for implementing the digital project, and net taxes on eligible costs.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Current operating, management, and administrative expenses.
- Land, building, and installation purchase or rental costs.
- Bandwidth, recurring solution operating costs, and online sales or booking commissions.
- Game development, server room setup, debt service, losses, and financing costs.
- Promotion, advertising, marketing, legal fees, and pre-commitment costs.

Processing and Agreement

- If approved, a contribution agreement is signed before any funding is paid.
Additional information
- The program accepts applications continuously until October 31, 2026 or until funds are exhausted.
- A mandatory meeting with Tourisme Baie-James must take place before submission.
