  • Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts.
  • Businesses not compliant with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française.

Eligible expenses

  • Professional fees for support and implementation of the proposed digital solutions.
  • Purchase of technological equipment, software, applications, integrated management software, and e-commerce software.
  • First cloud service subscription, up to 24 months.
  • Project-related travel, overhead, salaries, and social benefits for staff directly involved.
  • Training fees for staff responsible for implementing the digital project, and net taxes on eligible costs.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Current operating, management, and administrative expenses.
  • Land, building, and installation purchase or rental costs.
  • Bandwidth, recurring solution operating costs, and online sales or booking commissions.
  • Game development, server room setup, debt service, losses, and financing costs.
  • Promotion, advertising, marketing, legal fees, and pre-commitment costs.
