- For Organismes à But Non Lucratif (OBNL) and cooperatives, the financial assistance can cover up to 80% of eligible costs, provided these organizations can prove unsuccessful attempts to secure other funding sources.
- Promoter's own financial input, including support from partners, cannot stem from sources considered in the accumulation of government aid, asset transfers, or in-kind contributions.
- Government aid accumulation includes contributions from municipal entities and all Quebec and federal government ministries and organizations.
- Financial assistance can include professional fees for project support, purchases of relevant technology and equipment, initial subscriptions to cloud services, materials and applications to enhance client interaction, and professional training fees related to the project.

- The project must be located, and the promoter must be established in the Baie-James tourism region, which includes the cities of Chapais, Chibougamau, Lebel-sur-Quévillon, Matagami, and the Eeyou Istchee Baie-James Regional Government area.
- The project must increase digital interactions with clients and enhance the client experience through technological solutions.
- The applying entity can be a for-profit organization, a non-profit organization, or a cooperative.
- Municipal entities, recognized Indigenous communities and nations, and Indigenous tourism organizations are eligible.
- The organization must adhere to previous commitments to the partners if applicable and comply with current laws and regulations regarding tourist accommodation establishments.
- Tourism businesses involved in nature and adventure sectors must adhere to or commit to the standards of the Adventure Ecotourism Quebec's Quality-Safety program.
- The applicant must ensure no prior financial aid from the Ministère if a similar project is funded through a sectoral enterprise group.
- The applicant must demonstrate that other potential funding sources have been sought unsuccessfully to qualify for full support percentages.
