Financial Compensation Program for the Restaurant Sector

• The applicant must operate a restaurant establishment subject to mandatory billing measures.
• The applicant must have paid for the acquisition and activation of one or more eligible sales recording modules (MEV).
• The MEV must have been purchased new from an installer, installed and activated in the eligible restaurant establishment.
• The MEV must have been purchased and activated after October 31, 2019, and before October 1, 2024.
• The transition to the new technological solution must be completed before submitting the financial compensation request.

• Applications for financial compensation must be submitted by November 30, 2025.
