Halton Access to Community Housing (HATCH) est le programme centralisé de logement subventionné de la région de Halton, en Ontario. Il gère les demandes de logement à revenu loyer (RGI) et coordonne l'accès à diverses options de logement abordable pour les ménages à faible revenu.

Programmes de financement offered

  • Logement à revenu loyer (RGI) : Les résidents paient 30% de leur revenu familial en loyer
  • Programme de suppléments de loyer : Subventions versées directement aux propriétaires pour réduire le coût du logement

Critères généraux d'admissibilité

  • Au moins un membre du ménage doit avoir 16 ans ou plus

  • Le revenu du ménage ne doit pas dépasser les limites de revenu établies par la Housing Services Act
  • Les actifs ne doivent pas dépasser 50 000 $ (une personne) ou 75 000 $ (deux personnes ou plus)
  • Aucun membre ne doit d'argent à un fournisseur de logement social

HATCH opère sous la Housing Services Act, 2011 de l'Ontario et est administré par la Division des services de logement de la région de Halton. Le programme dessert les villes de Burlington, Oakville, Milton et la municipalité de Halton Hills.
