How to apply
- Create a My Child Care Account and complete the application form.
- Upload one of the required documents to complete your application.
Processing and Agreement
- Documentation will be required annually at scheduled reviews and as needed.
- Halton Region will review eligibility information regularly.
- Failure to provide required documents at subsidy reviews may result in the Child Care Subsidy ending.
- If you do not report changes, you may not be eligible for Child Care Subsidy and the subsidy may end immediately.
- If you receive more subsidy than you are eligible for and do not make monthly payments toward the overpayment, you cannot continue to receive subsidy and Halton Region could take legal action to collect the money.
