MRC L'Islet — Youth Initiative Fund (YIF)

Who is eligible?

Eligible applicants for the Fonds d’initiatives jeunesse (FIJ) need to be a citizen aged between 16 and 35, supported by a municipality or a non-profit organization (which becomes the project applicant), municipalities and related municipal organizations, or legally constituted non-profit organizations and non-financial cooperatives.

Eligible expenses

The grant covers expenses directly related to the execution of the project, supported by necessary documentation.

• Fees, honorariums, and service costs, including salaries and social charges for staff hired specifically for the project.
• Costs of purchasing or renting materials and equipment, excluding municipal equipment.
• Travel and accommodation expenses incurred by the project.
• Promotional expenses.
