How to apply to the MRC Collines-de-l'Outaouais — FRR Stream 2 program

Eligibility validation
  • Make an appointment and meet with a professional from the Territorial Management and Programs Service to validate the project's eligibility.
  • Obtain additional information if necessary.

Preparation of the file
  • Provide a down payment representing at least 20% of the total project cost, with at least half in cash.
  • Demonstrate the ability to carry out the project.
  • Present a balanced projected budget for the project.
  • Provide proof of commitment from partners and other funders, if applicable.
  • Make an effort to diversify income sources.

Meeting of the required documents
  • Fill out and sign the financial aid application form.
  • Prepare and attach all mandatory documents listed in Appendix 1, including: the articles of incorporation, the list of directors, the necessary resolutions, the financial statements, permits or authorizations, etc.

  • Submit the project submission form and the required documents to the Directorate of Land Management and Programs.

  • The project will be analyzed, graded, and recommendations will be provided to the promoter.
  • It will then be submitted for technical feasibility analysis and alignment with the MRC's priorities.

Adoption
The project will be submitted to the Council of Mayors of the MRC for adoption, after receiving the opinions of the evaluation committees.

Follow-up
The Directorate of Land Management and Programs will monitor the developer for the implementation of the project, if applicable.
