It targets full-time students, or part-time undergraduate university students (as part of a pilot project for 2024-2025), enrolled in programs leading to a Diploma of Vocational Studies, Attestation of Vocational Specialization, Attestation of College Studies, Diploma of College Studies, or a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s and doctoral students are not eligible, except in specific programs like the 1st cycle PhD programs (medicine, dentistry).
