- Compensation of up to 100% of the salary or fees of a mentor, up to a maximum of $2,000, for the duration of the agreement.
- Funding of up to 100% of direct training costs, up to a maximum of $5,000, for a total of up to 80 hours of supplementary training.
- Support of up to 100% of direct costs for adapting human resources management tools and practices, up to $5,000, for the duration of the agreement.
- For employees with disabilities, support may be extended up to 60 weeks, with the possibility of reimbursing certain general expenses up to $10,000, including equipment or workplace accessibility adaptations.
