Eligibility
- The applicant can be any eligible organization or enterprise under the Concertation pour l'emploi measure.
- Priority is given to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with 6 to 99 employees.

Eligible expenses
- Fees for professional consulting services retained by the company, representative, or delegated organization for interventions covered by a subsidy agreement with the Ministry.
- Fees for external consultants facilitating a consultation committee.
- Travel and accommodation expenses for consultants executing the planned mandates as per the agreement.
- Materials and supplies necessary for conducting activities.
- Rental or purchase of equipment essential for executing activities.
- Rental of premises and related expenses.
- Partial reimbursement of the salary of the person hired as the head of the human resources department, excluding employer social charges, vacations, and leaves as per labor standards in the intervention "Aid to Establish a Human Resources Service".
- Administrative and management costs of the agreement, borne by the delegated organization or representative of a consortium of businesses, limited to 5% of eligible expenses, detailed and justified in the agreement.
- Short-term or supplemental training fees for members involved in a consultation activity.
- Promotion or advertising expenses associated with an activity conducted with a delegated organization. For other activities, advertising should be reserved for the operating budget.

- Consultants or mandated organizations cannot act as both the service provider and mandataire or delegated organism, ensuring avoidance of conflicts of interest.
- Reports on results, progress, and deviations from the initial plan must be submitted periodically and at the project's conclusion.
