The grant aims to support projects focused on environmentally responsible production, dissemination, promotion, and consolidation or resource-pooling, offering a maximum funding amount of $30,000. Financing terms and conditions

  • The maximum grant amount is $30,000, which cannot exceed 80% of the total project cost.
  • Budget must reflect contributions from project partners, including financial or service contributions.
  • Projects exceeding the funding cap may seek reimbursement of excess from partners.
  • Funds allocated must be used for approved activities, with immediate notification required for any changes in project execution.
  • Payment terms are specified in an agreement letter signed by an authorized representative.
  • Grants may be adjusted if the organization cannot fulfill some or all project activities.
  • Grant utilization reports are required within three months of project completion, including financial and activity data.

Eligibility criteria of the Environmentally responsible production, dissemination, promotion and consolidation or resource-pooling program

  • The applicant must be a non-profit professional arts organization headquartered on Île de Montréal.
  • The organization must work in one or more of the following disciplines: circus arts, multidisciplinary arts, digital arts, visual arts, cinema and video, storytelling, dance, literature, music, architectural research, and theatre.
  • The organization must call upon professional artists, designers, or stakeholders recognized in their artistic discipline.
  • The organization must be administered by qualified and experienced staff.
  • The project must involve partnership initiatives focusing on environmental responsibility and/or resource-pooling.
  • The organization must meet the general eligibility conditions and rules of the program.
