- The organization must call upon professional artists, designers, or stakeholders recognized in their artistic discipline.
- The organization must be administered by qualified and experienced staff.
- The project must involve partnership initiatives focusing on environmental responsibility and/or resource-pooling.
- The organization must meet the general eligibility conditions and rules of the program.
