The grant is open to Indigenous communities, governing bodies, First Nations, tribal councils, Inuit organizations, for-profit, and not-for-profit businesses or organizations with clear Indigenous ownership and controlling interests.
- Eligible applicants must be Indigenous communities, governing bodies, First Nations, tribal councils, Inuit organizations, or organizations with clear Indigenous ownership.
- The term "Indigenous" includes Inuit, Métis, First Nations, or any combination thereof.
- For-profit and not-for-profit businesses or organizations must demonstrate ownership and controlling interests by Indigenous groups.
