Who is eligible?
- Individuals residing in Québec
- Businesses registered in the Registraire des entreprises that operate and possess an establishment in Québec
- Québec municipalities
- Public bodies established in Québec
Who is not eligible
- Vehicles bought in private transactions
- Vehicles bought from a business and one of its shareholders or directors
- Vehicles that were rebuilt or converted to electric motorization
- Vehicles already granted a Roulez vert rebate

How to apply
- Step 1: Create an online services account
- Register using the program’s online services.
- Activate your account through the confirmation email.
- Complete your user profile.
- Step 2: Use the dealer process if applicable
- If your dealer applies the rebate, you must register beforehand and have a user profile.
- The dealer may complete the rebate application during the vehicle purchase.
- Step 3: Submit the request online if needed
- If the dealer does not apply the rebate, complete the financial assistance request yourself through the online services.
- You can also use the online services to submit a charging station reimbursement request under the Écorecharge program.
Processing and Agreement
- Application is reviewed by the program administrator.
- Applicants are contacted by email if corrections or extra information are needed.
- Approval is confirmed by email.
- For direct applications, the social insurance number must be entered before payment.
- The rebate is then issued by cheque by regular mail.

- Only one rebate can be granted per vehicle.
- The program can require repayment if conditions are not met.
- Online services are available in French only.
- Dealer application of the rebate requires prior registration in the online services.
