Eligibility
- The training activities must be intended for individuals employed by the applicant.
- The training must be delivered by organizations approved by the Ministry.

Eligible expenses
- Fees or salaries as well as travel expenses of accredited trainers employed by an organization approved by the Ministry. Reimbursable travel and other ancillary costs must comply with the applicable Government of Quebec rates.
- Expenses related to the rental, printing, transportation, and use of any material necessary for the approved organization to effectively deliver the training.

Participation in the training
Ensure that participants sign the "Attendance Register" form during the training.

Prepare the financial aid application
- Fill out the financial aid application form.
- Ensure the signature on the “General Information” tab of the form.
- Obtain a copy of the invoice for the standardized training provided by the approved organization.

Submit the request
Submit the duly completed application form and a copy of the invoice to the Ministry.

Validation and disbursement of aid
- The Ministry validates the compliance of the application based on the attendance register and the eligibility of the Organization.
- After validation, the MERN determines the amount of assistance and makes the payment by check.
