This program helps pay the employee’s salary while the worker learns a new position.

Eligible projects & activities

The Training-on-the-job program is designed to facilitate the return of workers to their previous employment or transition to new employment through tailored training and skills development. This program supports the integration of workers back into the workforce, reducing the impact of injury-related job disruptions.
