- The applicant must be a Canadian health innovation or technology company.
- The company must be prepared to address market-ready challenges in partnership with health care organizations.
- The company should be at a mid-to-late stage of development, ready to embed within a health region or authority.

- Coordinating regional needs and opportunities across provincial networks.

- Companies operating in Canada within the regions currently included in the CAN Health Network (as of now, two regions covering five provinces).
How to apply to the CAN Health Network program

Registration and Eligibility
- Create an account on the CAN Health Network website.
- Check your company's eligibility against the CAN program criteria.

Preparing the Application
- Draft a detailed project proposal describing your health technology and its benefits.
- Include information about potential scaling and planned partnerships (Edge).
- Attach all necessary supporting documents, such as the proposed budget and relevant case studies.

Submitting the Application
- Access the submission portal of the CAN Health Network.
- Upload all requested documents on the online platform.
- Finalize and submit the application before the indicated deadline.

Follow-Up on the Application
- Receive an email confirmation stating that your application has been received.
- Monitor communications from the Network for any updates regarding the status of your submission.
