Overview
The Supporting the Fight Against Poverty and Social Exclusion program provides financial support for up to five years to locally, regionally, and nationally led initiatives addressing poverty and social exclusion. Eligible activities include developing and implementing community projects, testing new approaches, and funding research aimed at reducing poverty and social exclusion.
Financing terms and conditions
- Financial assistance may be granted for a maximum duration of five years.

Eligibility
- The applicant must be a not-for-profit legal entity.
- Cooperatives recognized as not-for-profit organizations by Revenu Québec are eligible.
- Municipal organizations and Regional County Municipalities (MRCs) are eligible.
- Indigenous organizations such as band councils, northern village councils, the Assembly of First Nations of Quebec and Labrador, and the First Nations of Quebec and Labrador Health and Social Services Commission may also be eligible.

- Cooperatives recognized as non-profit by Revenu Québec
- Municipal organizations
- Regional county municipalities (MRCs)
- Band councils, northern village councils, Assembly of First Nations Quebec-Labrador, and Commission de la santé et des services sociaux des Premières Nations du Québec et du Labrador
Who is not eligible
- Organizations whose activities are suspended due to a strike or lock-out.
- Government ministries and agencies.

- Submit your project or initiative to the Alliance for solidarity in your region
- Check the specific submission criteria of your region's Alliance
