Processing and Agreement
- The Secretariat for the Status of Women (Bureau de lutte contre l’homophobie et la transphobie) reviews the application for eligibility.

- If deemed useful, a selection committee may be consulted, and the Secretariat submits a funding recommendation to the Minister.
