- Non-profits without a charitable number cannot apply directly to Streams 1 and 2 unless they partner with a registered charity.

Processing and Agreement
- The process includes a Letter of Intent stage followed by a full proposal stage for selected applicants.
- Selected applicants are invited to the full proposal stage in early June.
- Funding decisions are made in September.
- Applicants are notified in October.
