The project must contribute to the development of La Mitis and the improvement of living environments (social, cultural, environmental, agri-food, tourism, or economic).
The project must align with at least one of the orientations of the 2017-2030 territorial strategic planning.
For the Regional Fund, the project must have economic and/or social impacts on the territory of the MRC (at least 4 municipalities) and be supported by at least 4 municipalities or by the MRC.
