Who is eligible?

Eligible expenses

  • Professional fees, including legal analysis and advice
  • Travel costs, including transportation, accommodation, meals and incidentals
  • Other reasonable expenditures directly linked to the applicant’s ability to deliver the proposed activities, such as hospitality, room rentals and stationery

  • Applications are assessed on the merit of the proposals.

How to apply

  • Complete the funding application form.
  • Submit the completed form by email, mail, or fax.

Processing and Agreement

  • A contribution agreement will be sent to each successful funding applicant.
  • The successful funding applicant must sign and return the contribution agreement.
  • To receive approved funding, the recipient must fulfill all conditions of the contribution agreement.
  • Funding applicants will be notified of the outcome of their funding request.

Additional information

  • Applications from not-for-profit organizations require one person to sign the contribution agreement.
  • Applicants may be asked to submit a final financial report and a recipient survey.
