Who is eligible?
- Any person may apply to intervene in a public Commission hearing.
- Individuals applying on behalf of an association, organization, entity, or non-profit corporation may submit the application for unincorporated organizations or groups of people.
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees, including analysis and legal advice
- Travel costs, including transportation, accommodation, meals, and incidentals
- Other reasonable costs such as hospitality, meeting room rental, and supplies needed for planned activities
