How to apply

- Complete the project-specific PFP application form following the detailed instructions provided in the form and the PFP Guide.
- Submit the signed application form to the CNSC’s PFP Administrator by email, fax, or mail.
Processing and Agreement
- The Funding Review Committee reviews applications and recommends whether funding should be approved, including the amount and any objectives to be met.
- The CNSC notifies applicants of the final decision.
- Successful applicants receive a contribution agreement.
- Funding is paid after recipients meet the contribution agreement objectives, submit a final financial report, and complete a recipient survey.
- Payment is made within 30 days of receipt of a valid final financial report.

- Applications are reviewed by an independent Funding Review Committee.
- Successful applicants receive a contribution agreement.
- Payment is normally made after the deliverable and final financial report are received, subject to the maximum contribution amount in the contribution agreement.
- Advance payments may be issued and cannot exceed 75% of the maximum amount approved.
