Eligible expenses

  • Professional fees, travel and incidentals, honoraria, and administrative costs.
  • Other reasonable costs approved case by case.

  • Projects that are already completed are not eligible for funding.

How to apply

  • Complete the project-specific PFP application form.
  • Submit the completed form by email, fax, or mail to the PFP Administrator.

Processing and Agreement

  • An independent funding review committee reviews applications and makes recommendations to the CNSC.
  • The CNSC confirms the funding decision and notifies applicants.
  • Successful applicants receive a contribution agreement.
  • Recipients must meet agreement objectives, which may include written and/or oral interventions and review of Commission member documents.
  • Recipients must submit a final financial report to receive funding payments.
