Processing and Agreement
- Applicants receive a funding decision and approved recipients must sign a contribution agreement.
- The CNSC may issue an advance payment after approval and receipt of the signed contribution agreement.
- The remaining funding is paid after the deliverable, final financial report, and CNSC determination that the submission brings added value.
- The CNSC may reduce or terminate participant funding with 30 days' written notice if the proponent's project is withdrawn or terminated, or at the CNSC's discretion.
