Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are first reviewed by the PFP Administrator for completeness and may be sent back for additional information.
  • An independent funding review committee evaluates applications and makes recommendations to the CNSC.
  • The CNSC makes the final decision and notifies applicants by email or mail.
  • Approved applicants receive a contribution agreement to review, sign, and return.
  • Funding is released after the agreement objectives and final financial report requirements are met.
