Participant Funding Program page updated
The opportunity page for the Regulatory Oversight Report on the Use of Nuclear Substances in Canada: 2019 and Class IB Accelerators in Canada: 2018-2019 has been replaced by broader Participant Funding Program content. The old application window open from June 19 to July 20, 2020 and the $20,000 funding notice for that specific report opportunity are no longer the focus of the page. The new content spells out who can apply, which expenses are eligible or ineligible, how to apply, and how funding is reviewed and paid. It also points to current opportunity listings, including an open Ontario Power Generation opportunity with a maximum amount of $200,000 and an application period from March 25 to June 16, 2026, and replaces the named contact with the program administrator email pfp@cnsc-ccsn.gc.ca.
