Processing and Agreement

  • The PFP administrator sends a confirmation notice within one business day of receiving the application and starts the review and approval process.
  • An independent Funding Review Committee reviews the application and recommends whether the funding request should be approved, including the amount and any objectives to be met; the CNSC then notifies applicants of the final decision within 25 business days of the closing date.
  • The CNSC issues a contribution agreement to each successful funding applicant, who must sign and return it.
  • Successful recipients must submit required reports so eligible expenses can be reimbursed.
