  • Travel expenses for artists and professionals, including transportation and accommodation.
  • Accommodation cost standards are $150 per night in Canada and $300 per night abroad.
  • A per diem of $200 per day to cover meals, local transport, and miscellaneous expenses.
  • Cost for vehicle usage at $0.55 per kilometer for applications after May 9, 2024 ($0.50 per kilometer for prior applications).
  • Carbon offset credits related to flight tickets.
  • Production and promotion costs of the event.
