Eligible expenses

How to apply

Preparation of the request
- Check that the applicant and the artists are Canadian and meet the eligibility requirements.
- Ensure that the project meets the criteria for marketed albums or EPs.
- Verify the availability of partnerships with recognized experts.
- Gather all required documents, including the agreement with the partner event and confirmations from each artist.

Completion of the form
- Fill out the application form in Excel format available on the program's website.
- Sign the Declarations tab of the form by the Applicant.

Submission of the request
- Name the form according to the convention (Applicant – Event – EI).
- Send the application form and the required documents to the email address: inscription@musicaction.ca.

Following the acceptance of the project
- Revise the project budget so that it is an integral part of the funding contract.
- Ensure that the MUSICACTION logo and the wordmark CANADA appear according to the guidelines on promotional materials.

Deposit of the completion
- Complete and send the completion form in Excel format to the email address: para@musicaction.ca within three months of the project's end.
- Provide all requested documents such as the press kit, copies of promotional materials, and necessary payment proofs.
