  • An artist can submit a new application 18 months after the release date of the previous album, provided the marketing file for that album is closed.
  • A live album is eligible if it is marketed 18 months after the release date of the previous album, provided the marketing file for that album is closed.
  • Priority is given to albums containing 50% or more new content, meaning works that have never been recorded on a commercial medium, except for classical and traditional music.
