How to apply

  • Contact Justine Lefebvre before drafting the documents to validate project admissibility
  • Complete and sign the project form, and include the municipal council resolution plus any other relevant document
  • Projects may be submitted continuously; to be analyzed at the next Council of Mayors, all required documents must be received at least four weeks before the Council date

Processing and Agreement

  • The MRC council must adopt a resolution identifying the project beneficiary, start and end dates, total project cost, and FRR amount invested
  • The MRC or the delegated body signs a subvention agreement with the admissible applicant
  • The territorial development agreement includes an annual meeting between the MRC and the regional office of the ministry

  • A funding agreement is signed before payments are made.
  • Recipients must provide follow-up and final reporting.
