- The applicant must be one of the seven local municipalities within the MRC Deux-Montagnes.
- The project must align with one or more of the following orientations: promotion and support of entrepreneurship, community enrichment, local territorial planning, sustainable mobility within the MRC, or participation in regional economic development initiatives.
- The applicant must contact the MRC's economic development service prior to submitting a request to validate project eligibility and obtain support for the application process.

Submit project application
- Complete the project application form
- Submit the form to the MRC de Deux-Montagnes

Project analysis and recommendation
- The MRC's staff analyzes the application
- A recommendation is issued based on the analysis

Council decision and notification
- The MRC council makes the final decision
- The promoter is notified in writing of the council's decision and the implementation terms

Sign partnership agreement
- The promoter has 90 days to meet the agreement conditions and proceed with its signing
- If exceeded, the agreement becomes void

Receive funds
- Funds are disbursed according to the terms of the agreement
