Preparation of the request

Submission of the request
- Send the completed Financial Assistance Application Form and supporting documents to Mohamed Diarra, territorial development officer, by email at mohamed.diarra@mrc-maskinonge.qc.ca or to the MRC de Maskinongé office.
- Ensure that the application is submitted before the deadline of March 31, 2026, or until funds are exhausted.

Follow-up on the request
- Wait for confirmation of receipt of the application by the MRC of Maskinongé.
- Communicate with the steering committee of the agreement to obtain updates or clarifications if necessary.

Final report
Prepare and submit the Final Report Form by the project follow-up date set for March 31, 2024, for ongoing projects. Ensure that all aspects of the project are properly documented.
