Processing and Agreement
- Initial pre-analysis by the MRC development officer.
- Review by the steering committee and recommendation to the MRC council.
- Final approval by council resolution.
- Funding agreement signed between the MRC and the promoter.
- Final report and supporting documents reviewed before the last payment.

- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted.
- The project deadline is March 31, 2026, or earlier if funds run out.
- A final report is required after project completion.
- Approved projects must be completed by October 31, 2027, with reporting due by November 30, 2027.
